SUNDAY - May 7, 2107

9:00am – 3:00pm BOGGY SLOUGH FIELD DAY - rough vehicle terrain*
observing, collecting, sampling, journalling, etc… (we have permission from the Temple Foundation to collect); teams led by entos/biologists/botanists;
come and go as you please; please pack a lunch and bring your own field equipment; dress accordingly for wet places, the weather and  mosquitoes; water provided

* Driving to Boggy Slough, and securely parking at the entrance point, is easy. But we'll be on old logging roads after that as we journey as much as three or four miles into and across rough terrain to visit the choicest locations of this 20,000 acre Conservation Fund property. Car can't make it? Find a partner with a vehicle who can handle it while you're at the PowWow. Regardless, you will need to register for this event, or there will be no admittance.  It's better to sign up and not go, than to not sign up at all...
